Sorry that this is becoming a common thing.. ugh..

Anyhow, Kudos to the one person who knew that blood was a viable option, and the possible issues that could come with that..

This month's pic will be a comic page.. Dont know with who yet.. just know that its going to be a four panel or so comic page.

Wow what a butt munched. She fought alongside you man and dragons are extremely hard to capture. Besides no one knows how she did it anyways.
Amocin 3rd Apr 2015, 2:02 PM edit delete reply
1 - Dragons in the past have been captured, tortured, and used as slaves, in mass.
2 - So far there are at the very least 4 people, including Amo, who have an idea of how she did it.

Yeah, but the dragonsoul has since been destroyed, without it dragons aren't all that easy to take over, protodrakes notwithstanding. and i can see alexstraza backing this cause. If anything after the deed is done go back to her and get her opinion.

At least Shai knew that the sex was the cure and wad willing to allow it. Still kinda sad Drogan won't help....
Arillia 3rd Apr 2015, 4:32 AM edit delete reply
The problem with this theory is the logistics of it. In his dragon form, giving the same amount of blood as his other body fluid, he could donate to maybe 100 death knights. And there are only a couple thousand in existence. Annnnd he's on the smaller side as far as Red Dragons are concerned.... Annnnd they all suffered losses at the hand of the Lich King. Many of them still hate mortals but there are also many who would absolutely help... Not to mention blood is a replenish-able source. In the end his worry is basically unfounded. And a bit... well... I won't call it stupid cause there are death knights who would do it rather then wait in line but that's not all of them.
Amocin 3rd Apr 2015, 7:28 AM edit delete reply
Replenish-able as Blood is, its not yet known how much blood is necessary to actually help.. and its already been shown that other Undead seek a cure as well.. would they require more blood in their more deteriorated states? As there are too many unknown factors, it's risky to assume that everybody will just line up and wait their turn.

Kodyack 3rd Apr 2015, 12:11 PM edit delete reply
I'm not sure where this story takes place on the current wow timeline (beyond the obvious after Wrath) but I know Sylvannas would have a major hard-on for such a cure, and she isn't one to wait and ask permission to get what she wants. Especially with the fate of herself and her people at stake. If word got around about something like this, I'd imagine she'd start rounding up every Red she could find and put them in the same hole Koltria currently finds himself in.
Dragon_ANGL 6th Apr 2015, 1:46 PM edit delete reply

I don't believe Sylvanas would be after it so much...doesn't she fear what comes after her 'final death'?
@Dragon ANGL 6th Apr 2015, 8:47 PM edit delete reply
I was under the impression what awaited her had more to do with her current state of being than any punishment that the gods/titans/light have passed down upon her. After all, in life she wasn't an evil person, and even after death and subsequent resurrection most if not all of her truly evil actions were under the influence of the Lich King's control. Being cured of his taint might provide her with the rest she sought long ago against the rocks under Icecrown.
Amocin 6th Apr 2015, 9:59 PM edit delete reply
If I remember correctly.. Sylvanas was acting pretty darn evil even after she was no longer under the control of the Lich King. Cause doesnt Cata happen after the events of the Lich King's fall?
Atra 8th Apr 2015, 12:07 PM edit delete reply
Yes and no Amo. The Worgen starter events for example, are time lapsed events, they take place somewhere between the end of Wrath and the beginning of Cata with the wall breaking being part of the pre-Cata events.

Sylvanas has, in a sense, become a lesser replacement/version of the Lich King since the Val'Kyr came to her.

in the beginning (after breaking fre of the Lich King's control) she could have been seen as an Anti-Hero (willing to do whatever it takes and with good intentions) but has slowly become more and more desperate as well as evil.
kit 9th Apr 2015, 5:48 PM edit delete reply
Sylvanas died once after she was freed. Although, after seeing the hell she was to suffer after death, she accepted a banshee's offer of life again, she vowed never to die, which is why she's so determined to live. #lorened xD

To try and save the life of the most important person in the world to him? I'm not surprised.

If you were in Shaidan's situation, with your Significant Other dying, and the only cure was to let someone else have a romp with them... Would you save your SO, or would you rather just watch him/her die?

I know what my answer would be. I wouldn't even hesitate. "You, off with your pants! NOW!" x3

Philia 3rd Apr 2015, 7:02 AM edit delete reply
Totally called it!!

Also, couldn't the other dragonflights, green specifically, contribute to finding a cure?

For all intents and purposes their role is almost the same as the Red's which is the safekeeping of all life.
Amocin 3rd Apr 2015, 2:11 PM edit delete reply
Red's domain is over Life.. Green's domain is over the Emerald Dream. The Blues would actually have more ability to help due to their domain over magic, but that still doesnt help with the whole 'Life giving' factor.. Reds have so much life energy that, as shown in a previous page, they can not step on solid ground without renewing life within the earth beneath them.
Philia 4th Apr 2015, 4:29 AM edit delete reply
True. Also, from what I do remember, the Emerald Dream is the one that connects all living creatures. Not sure about the undead though. Greens are also notoriously hard to find owing to the fact that they're all mostly secluded in the Dream.

What about the Naaru? I remember a quest back in Wrath that involves almost the same thing. Details elude me but I do remember asking for the help of Red, Green, Shamans (i think) and finally the Naaru.
Akuzu 5th Apr 2015, 9:43 PM edit delete reply
the emerald dream is not difficult to find. it is in a different realm and is the primal azeroth without the influences of humanoids very nature like the titans made it as a blueprint if they ever needed to reset the world. it almost happened until we took out algalon the observer in ulduar and stopped him from reformating the world to emerald dream.
Dreamfox 3rd Apr 2015, 7:04 AM edit delete reply
He does have a point, but that's not the only thing here.
The people who don't want to be Death Knights anymore are by that intention alone probably, I say probably, not evil as such. Give them a place were they can get the cure from willing red dragons (or other dragons?) and you have it quite orderly. Also, as Death Knights are already dead, they can wait their turn while they also provide a hell of a security force. Depending on the number of Death Knights showing up, maybe those with still living family could get bumped up the line.

Sure, there is still a lot that could go wrong, but it's a thought.
Rankamateur 5th Apr 2015, 5:51 AM edit delete reply
The questline you recall is an attempt to cleanse a paladin named Bridenbrad of an onset by the scourge plague. You first go to the emerald dream, and are given an enchanted acorn by Remulos to try.

This is followed by a visit to Alexstrasza, who has you retrieve a flower that blooms from earth that has been breathed upon by a Ruby Keeper (one of the more powerful members of her flight)...to which she adds even more of her life-giving essence. However, even this fails to eradicate the plague from Bridenbrad...but it does extend the time remaining to him. Finally, you are sent to entreat help from the naaru A'dal in Shattrath...but sadly, all he can offer is to ensure that the paladin does not become one of the undead scourge upon his death. The most salient point one takes from that quest is that the plague can NOT be cured...at least, in its final form of it that was developed by the Lich King during the `Wrath' expansion.

That said, the specific means by which the current iteration of Death Knights is created has never been made clear. Was the plague even used? Was it purely the use of necromancy? The only thing we know is that they were all formerly heroes of some renown and power, and were risen into servitude to the Lick King after their deaths...so even though there is there was no heretofore KNOWN way to reverse undeath, that in no way means it doesn't exist.

This leads up to the current events in Amocin's comic. It appears that Amo may have found that elusive `cure' for undeath at last...but something tells me that it takes more than just a simple application of red dragon essence. Something else is involved that has either not yet been revealed, or has (so far) gone unexplained.

We'll all just have to wait and see, won't we?

As for the blood and livestock thing, yeah... ISSUES!!

The dream sequence serid/Sicha? Don't give the poor homewrecker ideas! She's already lost her neutrality over the fact she can't have Serid, and she's likely to become a Mordrid ally over it
Guest 3rd Apr 2015, 8:33 AM edit delete reply
Not to mention that even if something could be arranged, there are those who would use this cure to try to eliminate ALL Death Knights, and the Forsaken as well. I'm sure there are those who would stay as they are.

The only solution I see is that not everyone knows he is a red dragon or what happened. Those involved will just have to keep it secret. If saving her life is all that it takes, then they'll easily be able to do it. If she has to take a dragon potion from now on, that will be harder to hide.
Guesticus 3rd Apr 2015, 8:45 AM edit delete reply
Would it be considered irony for Drogan's words in his current form? o_O
Windwalker 3rd Apr 2015, 9:14 AM edit delete reply
I have to admit that I am intrigued by the current developments. Specifically the fact that Drogan actually realizes what the issue would be behind saving Amo and knows that it's large enough an issue that he can't just wave it away to help the person in front of him.

I mean, it sounds a bit harsh, but it's honestly very important. The fact that the issue is taken seriously makes the story as a whole sound more realistic.

So yeah, good job. Personally I think that it is possible to save Amo while preventing people hunting red dragons for the cure, but the risk behind it can't be denied.

Also, for those who ask whether other dragons would also be able to help: the five main dragon flights each have their own field of expertise to govern over. I don't know whether Amocin changed that, but in the lore created by Blizzard itself the red dragonflight is the one dedicated to life, and thus would be the only one with that potent a healing effect in their blood. The green dragonflight might appear to be similar, but I'm pretty sure their area is spirits and dreams, not life.
Amocin 3rd Apr 2015, 2:05 PM edit delete reply
I have not changed the lore as far as the function of the Dragonflights. Green may be connected to Druids, who have the ability to heal, but that does not mean that is where the Green's expertise are.. They are indeed tied with the Emerald Dream and all that entails.
WhySoSoft 3rd Apr 2015, 9:53 AM edit delete reply

Kit 3rd Apr 2015, 10:59 AM edit delete reply
I'll have to go back and review, but was the antagonist trying to convert people into death knights? If so, he may be the (less-pleasant) solution.
Timeheart 3rd Apr 2015, 11:14 AM edit delete reply
Come now drogan! You don't need to let your people become cattle! As long as the cure is released infrequently, Death knights can still be cured gradually, rather than instantly! They won't be dying of old age after all. And you don't need the cure to become too public!
Guest 3rd Apr 2015, 11:49 AM edit delete reply
If only you had someone who was good at lying and deceiving people, like a Rogue, to suggest that you use the real cure but claim it was magic locked in <Insert Object of mystical importance here> which had nothing to do with dragons or dragon blood. You can say the object's magic was depleted, which it obviously will appear to be since it's no longer magical. Problem solved. This is why you need evil people in your party. Evil gets it done.
Amocin 3rd Apr 2015, 1:59 PM edit delete reply

Amo has cured herself , surely with a spell ; but she's unable to know how she has done it exactly (from that i've read in the previous strips)

So ; if Drogan doesn't want to help her to fully revive , there is the choice to bite and make her a death knight again
Kodyack 3rd Apr 2015, 12:13 PM edit delete reply
This raises a question I was toying about with last night, if you hold within you the possible cure to a horrible illness that ravages millions, is it your moral duty to forgo any possible life you may have enjoyed otherwise to help those people in any way you can. Even with no guarantee that what you'll do will help at all.
Amocin 3rd Apr 2015, 2:15 PM edit delete reply
It would depend, but I think a moral obligation would be towards the greater good and trying to do little harm.. Morally speaking, one would not wish harm or death on somebody to simply help another who is not currently being physically harmed by their ailment or in risk of losing their life.
Fisch 3rd Apr 2015, 12:19 PM edit delete reply
I honestly didn't start to think about what would happen, if people get to know how to cure undeath. :x
I don't think it would be possible to keep it a secret. There are always Zealots who would kill Red Dragons and use the blood to 'cure' all undead, even if all they get to know are rumors.
On the other hand... could a rumor be more dangerous than the truth?

A lot of questions, a lot of possibilities, too little time...

Pfft. Okay, that's kinda funny how Shai says it's "gross", considering those two didn't find it gross when they did it, Drogan cetainly had a good time. But it's also really nice for Shai to be fine with the idea of them doing it again so long as it saves her life.

Now, I get where Drogan's coming from, his reason is valid, but he's being kinda harsh about it. Can't he just extract his blood in secret? And then anyone else that is trustworthy, like Hotah, can give it to any death knight who drops by seeking the cure, without said death knights being told where the cure originated from? If any death knight wishes to return to normal, their only choice would be to drop by this place for their secret special cure, free of charge. There's ways to make it work.
Rankamateur 3rd Apr 2015, 3:36 PM edit delete reply
Drogan is hesitant to lend aid because of his fear that knowledge of the required reagent...namely, `essence of red dragon'...might become public. Yet, for all intents, the cat is already out of the bag, in that there are already too many people that know about it. If his intent is to protect that secret, he would have to convince Kinar, Serid, Koutack, Shaidan, Anders, Kaitrin and Ashiana to remain silent about it...an unlikely prospect to say the least, if he were to allow Amo to die.

That, or be willing to `silence' them using a far more reliable and permanent method...which I doubt he would be morally capable of doing. Further, I find it just as difficult to believe that an agent of life such as he could stand idly by and watch hundreds remain cursed to a fate of undeath if there were something he could do about it, especially considering they were all fallen heroes in their previous life. Amo is, after all, a fellow paladin hovering on the brink of a second death. If he should decide to do nothing to save her, he would be haunted by this fact for the rest of his very long life.
Amocin 3rd Apr 2015, 4:31 PM edit delete reply
It may seem callous of Drogan, but as a red dragon, he sees the undead as unnatural. They break the normal balance of life and death by cheating death in their current state. He has no problem with the undead meeting the end that was meant for them long ago.
blaze116 4th Apr 2015, 12:47 AM edit delete reply
This is my first time commenting. But i am wonderimg why does he feel that way? And why can't he suggest it be kept secret? Also what is the title section for?
Gantradies 4th Apr 2015, 5:26 AM edit delete reply
Rumours of the reds knowing how to Cure the Curse, and refusing to do so would be likely to have a less then positive outcome for the red flight, especially as they got more distorted a they travelled.....
Rankamateur 4th Apr 2015, 5:30 AM edit delete reply
And yet, by all appearances Amo isn't undead anymore. One could easily argue that letting her pass away now goes against the red dragon flight's core principles concerning the preservation of life. As I stated above, the consequences of refusing her aid could be just as dire as acting to protect his people...and it may already be too late for that.

That said, I hope you don't mind my debating the subject of character motives and morals. I used to catch no small amount of flack from some of my fellow AD&D players for that sort of thing; they seemed to be of the opinion that I "spent too much time over-thinking it", and that I should "just play the damn game"...:)
Amocin 4th Apr 2015, 10:22 AM edit delete reply
I always invite people to debate the story, the motives, and whatever else is going on. Its nice to read theories, and sometimes comment on them.
Lobo Shu 4th Apr 2015, 12:24 AM edit delete reply
This is a VERY troubling series of events that unfolded. To cure the curse and bring the undead back to life would probably mean the hunting and possibly the extinction of the red dragonflight. Could you live with the fact that you living meant that a whole race had to be eradicated? Would Amo be able to live with this fact? The Forsaken would see to it personally that this would happen, lest the secret be revealed. Not to mention some Death Knights and Undead would see a cure as a threat and begin to simply slaughter members of the Life Binder's Brood.
Gantradies 5th Apr 2015, 7:22 AM edit delete reply
they had no issues with exterminating the Blacks, given that their extreme mental, moral and possible physical decay was externally imposed, down to the last Whelp, and im pretty sure there are more then a few adventurers out there in shiny armour made form the desecrated corpse of a dragon they killed. that kind of moral dissonance is pretty common in a lot of fantasy settings. you know, a Dragon is a monster for burning a military camp, a random guy with a pig-sticker is a hero for killing a random dragon in their sleep and essentially dressing up in their skin...
reminds me of the Dragonlance Metallics Cheerfully butchering the Metallic Draconian's, their own stolen and mutated children when it was conclusively proven that they weren't beyond Saving and repeatedly trying to genocide them AFTER they broke from the Evil-aligned gods with a weak justification -_-

Amocin, you are most disgusting Horde Pig i have ever seen. you have made "love" comic about worgen and tauren, but that's a bullshit. You claim they "love" eachother yet this Tauren lets his "wife" get raped by dragon and get gang banged by his friend. that's not love, thats using Her for sexual satisfaction. Admit it Amocin, you have Rape Fetish, and i even remeber you made it being "nightmare" when Kinar was making love with her REAL husband in dream. So according to you: Kinar loving her husbad? BAD! Kinar being sexually abused by taurens? SoHawt 10/10." But i must thank you amocin, your Comic Inspired me start To PvP with my Worgen Warrior and to Earn Butcher Title for slaughtering all the Taurens of Azeroth. It makes me feel so much better for every tauren i slay, is one less Rapist to worry about. So Thanks a lot Amocin, you killed my Respect for Taurens and The Horde. i hope I will See Serid and Drogan in the battlefield oneday, so i can avenge Kinar for being sexually abused by those rapists.
Amocin 5th Apr 2015, 10:37 AM edit delete reply
Learn to Troll.

Kinar's trist with Anders was badly written, though not rape. I will blame myself for not conveying that properly. All parties involved consented to the activity.

Kinar's experience with her husband was in a way, rape, yes. Due to her perceptions and reality being changed, she consented to something she wouldnt have if she was of clear mind.

I think you are confusing many characters with the same character though. Amo and Kinar are not the same person. When Amo and Drogan had sex, it was consensual. This does not mean the husband Approved. It was, without a doubt, Adultery.

There has not been a single Tauren involved in rape in this comic. Serid has not raped Kinar in a single scene. Drogan did not rape Amo, as she not only initiated it, but again, was completely consensual the entire time.

If you are going to use existing facts within the comic to Troll, make sure they are the correct facts.

Also, though you may go under the screen name of "Doctor" your errors with the story are consistent with Someguy's errors in understanding the comic.. Therefor you are the same guy. Stop trying to be new people to act like others agree with your opinion.
Mei 4th Apr 2015, 7:53 PM edit delete reply
Firstly, a well preserved and rather fresh death knight is nothing like a rotting and very decayed forsaken. Secondly, if you're going to give criticism about her having "destroyed everything cool and beautiful about the worgen race" then at least give an example and be a bit constructive about it. Third and lastly, not once has Amo ever deviated from the essence of how worgen are portrayed in WoW itself... they're humans, with all the ranges of human emotions and human souls, thrust into the bodies of savage predators and trying to find their place in a world they hardly recognise. I'd say that's pretty darn cool, and that Amo has captured that wonderfully. :)

Please, just enjoy the comic or take your petty bullying elsewhere.

Sure, fluids from a dragon of the red flight is a cure for DKs, but there is a counter argument to that and, Drogan's nailed it. How many red dragons would be enslaved and, slaughtered all in the name of a cure? It could possibly lead to the extinction of the red dragon flight.

Aye, there are plenty of takes on this, some considering the implications, some moreso concerned on the more logistical side of it.

Here is my two cents on it.

A Cure for Undeath will NOT remain secret if it is used. This is something nearly every race on Azeroth has been looking for to some degree for years. And not always with the best intentions in mind. There are people who would gladly slaughter an entire town or more if it meant finding just enough cure for themselves.

While one might be able to keep the source of the cure secret for a time if used, it likely won't last. The mere fact that one time undead people are being returned to life is not something that will go unnoticed. News will spread everywhere, not just where you would hope for it. Anyone opposed to the undead being cured will make it a personal quest to find and entirely eradicate the source of the cure. Anyone desperate for the cure will steadily become more and more willing to do morally questionable things for it. And the red dragons will be stuck in the middle.

And of course as mentioned before, the full details of how much is needed to actually cure someone is still up in the air. A few ounces? A cup? A few liters? Would it even truly cure them or would they need regular infusions?

And I suppose lastly on this subject for now, on the subject of dragons being able to defend themselves, keep in mind Alexstraza was actually captured and held hostage by the Horde during the Second War, forcing her Dragonflight to fight for the Orcs on pain of death. Dragons are powerful yes, but they are few and scattered compared to the numbers of other races.

With that out of the way, first comment here. I will admit, I have some mixed feelings about the comic being a firm player of the Undead when I did play Warcraft. There are some things here and there that bother me about the comic and setup but I am out of touch with lore and understandably this comic is not being tailored to me specifically. I have found more than enough to keep me engaged though and I thank you for the effort you put forward in this endeavor. Best of luck and safe travels.

I return because Every week I have a hope you finally stahp doing such things, and with every week it's only worse. Worgen that's pregnant with Tauren, Deathknight that cures himself....Deathknight that can love even when still is deathknight.... Alextrasza Dragon that can turn into tauren, and that tauren is druid so has even more forms kay...something else?
Amocin 5th Apr 2015, 10:24 AM edit delete reply
If you are gonna rag on the comic, please get the details right... Oh my god... so much wrong here.

- Nobody is currently pregnant. So there is not a single Female here who has been impregnated. Amo, the DK, did not expect that sleeping with Drogan would get her pregnant, she expected it to give her life.

- Even if somebody were pregnant, there are a LOT of hybrids. Please look them up. The majority of these hybrids have been a mix of human. It's plausible.

- It has already been explained that DKs do have feelings, but they are dulled. There have been other DKs in WoW lore that DO have feelings. You work with one in Icecrown who shows them when trying to find his sister. Amo may love her husband, but that love is dulled, which would make her capable of doing horrible things and not thinking about Shai first in certain situations.

- I am allowed to twist lore a bit, thats what a fanfiction is. Get over it.

- A red dragon may cast an illusion on themselves to make them appear as a different race. No race is excluded. This is known fact. There is a Red, IN LORE, that is actually taking the form of an Orc.

- Kaitrin and Drogan are not the same people. Drogan is a Dragon who has access to Holy abilities because he is a paladin. Kaitrin is a Druid, and has many IN GAME shapeshifting abilities. The "Sandstone Drake" is a form that can be acquired by potion. Look it up. That does not mean he is a dragon. He is a Tauren, who has the ability to shapeshift. Those shapeshifted forms have many limitations. The dragon shapeshift from Kaitrin has access to is a 'mount/travel' form. Which means it can not be used in combat, and has not special combat abilities.

You assume far too much, and dont know nearly enough about the lore to bitch.

Part of the Alliance quest line in the Borean Tundra...and one of the common sayings amongst the NPC Death Knights of the Ebon Blade is "Harness your hate" - And I do believe hate is a feeling. :3

As for his pregnancy stuff...along with the "rape" comment by him (Someguy/Doctor), perhaps that's just his pregnancy fetish? Or a non-con fetish that he's trying...poorly...to use reverse psychology to get you to include?

I think drogans making the right decision cause if he saves here more people will die to get the cure but if amo dies no blood will be shed by trying to get the cure.

Just my oppinion

Amocin i agree you have valid points and i agree with you totally. i am a big wow lore nerd if you need help lore wise i don't mind helpin out. also at the end of cataclysm the dragonflights lost alot of power and the ability to procreate saying its the age of mortals so i understand drogans concern about his people seeing as there is now a finite amount of RED dragons. black dragons however did not lose there power to procreate so some twists there later on keep up the work amocin i look forward to the next chapter

Damn Drogan's really pushed against the wall. He's a Paladin so he SHOULD be helping her and others with the cure but at the same time he shouldn't help her because it could lead to a potential dragon farm again.
Kale 9th Apr 2015, 10:27 AM edit delete reply
Not REALLY. As a Red Dragon he's not obligated to help a death knight whom is basicly a person granted an unnatural second life. The part of him that WOULD is a paladin, and only because he can at least see her husband's point on there being good in her. Though he doesn't need the fact he gave ANY essence becoming knowledge by proving it here. That's what I gather here really.

Those are just blind explains Amocin, you just can't get the truth, Doctor was very correct on what he was saying. I am not going to comment it any longer, be happy and live in peace, just, you're not worth it, ain't touching that, and my respond wasn't full of errors, you just..or no, I'm not even going to say, Ain't touching that. Victory to every worgen that hasn't un-worgen itself.

I'm not going to feed the Trolls any longer. You are wasting your time if you think you can get a rise out of me. If this isnt truly your last statement, it is now. Any other posts that are you, or your sockpuppets will be deleted. I have no time for people here only to start drama. I have admitted my own faults where I saw them, but you are clearly unwilling to admit your own or listen to any sort of reason or explanation. Learn to admit when you are wrong.
Dragon_ANGL 6th Apr 2015, 2:00 PM edit delete reply
I know you can't win a battle with a Troll. It's like fighting a drunk. But still..."Blind explains"? "Not going to comment it any longer"? (And continues to comment ON it in the same post.) "un-worgen itself" - I don't think Someguy knows of Arugal at all...or he does, and that's the only type of Worgen that he allows to be canon?

It has become apparent that you aren't familiar with the concept of `fan fiction'...one of the major precepts of which is the freedom to take an established continuity, and explore alternatives. By definition, the author is not bound to strictly adhere to any preset rules...especially nonsensical ones such as yours.

If you can't find it within yourself to enjoy this comic for what it is, you are just as free to cease reading it and go elsewhere to find less imaginative fare. One can hope, anyway.

I mean come on. I play WoW, but you don't see me throwing a temper tantrum over fanfiction over it. I also write fanfiction...in fact, my WoW story is modern day. The point I'm making is this. Amo takes time out of her day to do this and quite beautifully might I add. I can't do a comic to save my life. Fanfiction writers and all, we're not bound by the rules of the game. This is her story, not yours...she tells it her way as we all tell our stories. It's called having an imagination, which this troll lacks along with spelling, grammar, and English skills. he needs that and Hooked on Phonics

Ok, so I've been silently following this comic for a while now. Typically I don't post in fan or comment sections because I don't have much to contribute. This time around though I feel like must. I haven't read all the comment threads for each page. In fact, this was my first. So let me get back to my point: Troll well handled. I've been playing WoW for upwards of 5+ years at this point and I have to congratulate you on creating a masterful work of fanfiction here. The lore points you get right FAR exceed where your ideas take precedence and in NO WAY detract from my love of the world and game. As a matter of fact, it adds to it an idea that I think could make for an intriguing, though unlikely, expansion returning to the Death Knight stories. Keep up the good work my friend :D

Oh! Just had a lightbulb moment!

There's always the small possibility that she doesn't need 'essense of dragon' specifically... his fluids appear to have cleansed her of the plague, it's sustaining her life force that's the issue now, right?

Well, kind of reminds me of that long winded questline in Icecrown where the player is sent all across Azeroth in search of a cure for a rather loyal paladin succumbing to the plague. After some time you manage to enlist the help of a being of pure light. It can't save him in time to keep him alive, but it does save his soul.

So... itty bitty smidgen of hope over here (I realise it's not likely to happen but it keeps me from pouting about my fav character about to be killed off hehe). Light's got your back, girl! ^_^
