He got a look at his face alright...
Golden Dragon 29th Nov 2016, 6:22 PM edit delete reply
Well more a good look of his teeth before he got killed by his own father.
Naevia Shadowstrike 21st Nov 2016, 4:04 AM edit delete reply
Woo, more backstory!
Redmoonwatcher 21st Nov 2016, 4:17 AM edit delete reply
"Face!? I only see his snarling mouth!"

I would say this raises questions but it's certainly been implied that Koutack remembers these events since Amo has blackmailed him with turning Kinar into a worgen...

I forgot she was more dangerous as just a Human Druid. Something tells me Serid may not make it to the end.
Light_WolfBane 21st Nov 2016, 5:10 AM edit delete reply
Being with her does not involve risk. Standing in her way when she is in the glowing eyed pissed off state, now that is a bit risky.
dannyhighfield 21st Nov 2016, 6:00 AM edit delete reply
wow scary, I hope your well. i hope you son is well once again. I hope the druids and sherman sorted him out alright. I hope you have a nice thanks giving danny,.

Point goes to Ghath for big brother sass. Also Joric is as adorable as ever and looks less cranky in Shai's arms.
Guest 21st Nov 2016, 6:15 AM edit delete reply
Kinar oh dear, she was trying so hard to protect a love one that she ended up hurting another.

Her son is looking pretty calm for a feral.
Amocin 21st Nov 2016, 4:06 PM edit delete reply
He's in the hands of another worgen that smells familiar. A wild dog he may be, but you didnt exactly see the Worgen fighting each other... like at all.. I see no reason why they would attack their own kind, as we have not been shown them doing so.
Viverred 21st Nov 2016, 6:39 AM edit delete reply
Also a very family thing to do.

Another awesome page. By the way, how long was this comic gonna be again? I remember something a while back about it being around 300 pages or something like that.
Amocin 21st Nov 2016, 8:22 AM edit delete reply
We dont have an exact "end page", but yes, more than 300 pages is about what we guessed.
sagewolf 21st Nov 2016, 7:55 AM edit delete reply
ohh snap!
Guest 21st Nov 2016, 7:59 AM edit delete reply
End of sexy Ghath human face *sight*

Superb page :)
Though, does Serid say it in a voice tone that imply Kinar should be blamed? Or the oposite?
Kale 21st Nov 2016, 12:28 PM edit delete reply
He was simply wondering if he blamed her for the situation, but he writes it off saying that at that time magic misuse with her was very common and they all accepted that. Its the fact their father killed him and then never mentioned it that made him mad about it.
Muddypaws 21st Nov 2016, 10:11 AM edit delete reply
So, Dad got insanely pissed and bit his son's head off ?

Not that it has t happened verbally, but,.. Eewww !!!!
Kale 21st Nov 2016, 12:27 PM edit delete reply
He was feral at the time, so he likely had absolutely no real control of anything he was doing at the time.
Muddypaws 23rd Nov 2016, 8:59 AM edit delete reply
Thanks! This helps fill the blanks of my knowledge.
Rankamateur 21st Nov 2016, 1:26 PM edit delete reply
`Insanely pissed' is an appropriate description, since a feral Worgen actually is, for all intents, insane. Until they undergo one of the two known ways they can be treated for this madness, they behave like a rabid pack animal, with no cognitive understanding that they might be doing harm to family or loved ones. It is a curse, after all.
DK 21st Nov 2016, 12:07 PM edit delete reply
Is it wrong that I get a boner from that maw shot?
Viverred 21st Nov 2016, 5:50 PM edit delete reply
to each, their own..but please keep it tastefull. (oh lord...horrible pun. forgive me.)
BloodshedSabre 21st Nov 2016, 7:11 PM edit delete reply
Ghath and Kinar were being idiots.
'Oh shit, there's a pissed off Worgen in my face! Better make an obvious statement about it just in case it wasn't obvious!'
'Oh shit, Ghath is being attacked! Let's pin them both in place right next to each other when they're both Melee combatants!'

I won't lie: I still think the cause was idiocy.
I mean, Koutack has height, range, strength and I would wager durability over Ghath at that point.
That is not a fight you get into. Especially when there's Mage type anythings on your side. ._.

Hell, he could have just jumped away just before Kinar decided to pin them. Lack of communication lies as idiocy here.

Oh well. It happened, :P

Amocin 21st Nov 2016, 7:49 PM edit delete reply
Obvious statements made by characters are often made for the sake of the reader.. otherwise the characters would rarely say anything, and you, the reader would not know whats going on half the time.

I wouldnt say people were being idiots so much as characters make mistakes, kinda tired of people going "well if they had done this they would have survived." You wouldnt know what you would do until you put yourself in their position. And when people rush, when they are scared, they tend to make mistakes.. its often when mistakes happen the most, is when you dont have time to think.

Kinar used one spell she knew would stop both people from attacking, as she didnt want either harmed. Its obvious she didnt anticipate how poorly the roots would hold up.
Dreamfox 22nd Nov 2016, 12:24 PM edit delete reply
See it this way, Kinar just figured out were most of the Worgeen that are attacking Gilneas (i.e. her home) come from. Plus that this snarling monster in front of them is actually their father. Considering that they have been running and fighting for their lives I think a mistake or two are understandable.

Amo, I prefer to quietly lurk, but I noticed that splotch of darker fur on Serid's face is definitely green and not brown (as was last seen in page 237). I'm still following this story and like it very much.
Amocin 21st Nov 2016, 8:26 PM edit delete reply
I have stared at the picture for a bit... and I cant see it.. Could you create an image and circle it in red for me?

Okay, I see it now, thank you. I will fix this as soon as I can.
Amocin 22nd Nov 2016, 9:10 AM edit delete reply
Okay, it should be fixed now, thanks guys.
Rasminar 22nd Nov 2016, 11:36 AM edit delete reply
There is still a little bit of sea green in the dark splotches on Serid's neck as pointed out on this image https://i.sli.mg/ZLAPVK.png

I think what happened was that you unintentionally applied the same color used on the mountains onto Serid.
Greyhair 22nd Nov 2016, 11:59 AM edit delete reply
Fix confirmed, you're welcome.
Amocin 22nd Nov 2016, 1:09 PM edit delete reply
The spots have been fixed now too, I think you are right that I accidentally pulled the color from the mountains.
Serin 22nd Nov 2016, 12:05 AM edit delete reply
I find it hilarious the pup is just sitting there resigned in his uncle's arms through all this. His little pouty face is adorable.
Dreamfox 22nd Nov 2016, 12:31 PM edit delete reply
I'd say that the reasons why Kinar still does not remember everything from her change keep piling up. Nto that there haven't been enough mind you.
Knowing her, she probably still feels guilty about 'causing' Gath's death on a subconcious level, having killed her Husband and until very recently thinking she had killed her son as well. Not to mention the people not being part of her family she may have killed and infected.
Guesticus 22nd Nov 2016, 11:21 PM edit delete reply
Why would he blame Kinar? Was she responsible for the Worgen attack? o_O
Amocin 23rd Nov 2016, 9:09 AM edit delete reply
If he wasnt rooted in place, he could have avoided getting killed. People blame others for everything... have you seen some movies? The blame game is a constant theme where somebody blames somebody else for something that was an accident and now they need to kill that person they blamed... its all kinds of stupid..
Dargon 23rd Nov 2016, 3:43 PM edit delete reply
But....but Amocin, I Blame YOU for creating such an Interesting/Addictive Comic!......sooo does that mean I need to hunt you down and Exact some sort of Twisted Revenge?.... :o

Well, looking at page 275 its obvious that Koutack went for the throat at that point is very clear why all became black for Ghath
Tom80 from FA 26th Nov 2016, 3:56 PM edit delete reply
Kinar and Garth were human?

Was that writen down somewhere?
Amocin 26th Nov 2016, 4:07 PM edit delete reply
Kinda... All Worgen are werewolves... they were once something else, then they got bitten and cursed.
Drakkenfyre 27th Nov 2016, 11:42 PM edit delete reply
Holy crap, I feel like an idiot. Until I read a comment further below, I didn't realize those were entangling roots on them. I mistook them for trim on Koutack's armor and shreds of a cloak on Ghath, and the "snap" for his shield being snapped in two. Now I look again and I don't see how I didn't realize what they were.
