You tell him, Shai.

Amocin,

I'm very impressed that Shai is standing up to Drogan for questioning him which kinda antagonized him because he already knows what to do when it comes to taking care of Amo. Plus, he is also giving him a hint that she and even Serid, Hotah, & Sicha are gone and that they're after Kinar & Mordin/Denor and it's all his fault because he and even Koutack, Ghath, & Joric, unintentionally, helped them do it by letting them go and he's going to find them & stop them, even if Drogan would help him or not.

Keep up the good work! Happy Late St. Patrick's Day! Good day.

Drogan did not antagonize him, he is making sure Shai is ready for what is to come out of concern for both of them.

Serid is not a bad guy.

Hotah is not a bad girl.

Hotah doesnt need Drogan's permission to take HER army and leave after their main objective, more so when Drogan is incapacitated and incapable of helping.

Mordin is a bad guy. Mordin wants to cleanse the world with the Worgen curse, possibly at the expense of many lives.

Mordin allowed his own son to stay in a feral state, possibly harming him in doing so, for his own selfish reasons. He did not put his child first.

Your perception of what is right and wrong needs looking into. I dont know what kind of books you have read, but this mentality is damaging and harmful.

I have been deleting his comments for over a year, they are the same as this. I dont think he is trolling, I think he is confused and used to bad fanfiction.

The purpose of me finally answering him? That maybe he might see it.. Its worth a shot, and once I feel I have answered enough, then I will go back to deleting.
withpuppys 18th Mar 2019, 1:36 PM edit delete reply
I think your words are in vain, because i have seen others (you including if i remember correctly) respond to him before, and it never works.

I can barely follow this comment, but I don't feel like Drogan asking Shai whether he's prepared to deal with the situation is antagonizing in any way. It's concern since Drogan has personal experience dealing with trauma and is aware that it's not going to be sunshine and rainbows for either Amo or anyone who accompanies her on the journey to recovery.

In fact what Drogan is doing here is what I'd ask of any good friend: someone who doesn't confront you about the possible dangers you're getting yourself into isn't a good friend, it's someone who happens to find your company entertaining but will abandon you the moment the relationship requires effort on their part.

What Shai is doing is making it clear that while he understands where Drogan's concern comes from Drogan also must understand that Shai has long since been prepared for an uncertain and dark future. And just like how a good friend will not let you walk into danger without either helping you, warning you or trying to stop you (because sometimes the hardest choice a friend has to make is decide that for your own sake they must oppose you) Shai will not abandon Amo just because that dark future is now standing in the doorframe.

In my opinion if you really care about someone you will be honest and upfront with them, even if the truth is harsh. ESPECIALLY if the truth is harsh.

Is it weird that I want Shai's coat?

Drogan is looking significantly more Draconic in this page.

Could just be the lighting..or could be he's lost a small bit of control due to being exhausted

Its the lighting, and him being worn out.

Wow, this is a good comic. Sometimes I find myself skipping past the sex bits to get to the story. This is a porn artist that wants to tell a story, with a little fun mixed in.

Look, I wasn't trolling, I'm just giving my opinion. Plus, all opinions are different and that we can't agree on everything, but we can agree to disagree and I'm not confused. I've been reading & studying the story for over three years now and I formed my own opinion. You don't have to delete my opinions. I also still believe Serid is a jerk since he is the one who mistreated Kinar against her father, Koutack's wishes, much too often in the first place and that I also believe there is hope that her husband, Mordin/Denor can change.

One more thing, I also believe Drogan is the true boss & even the rightful owner of Wyrmrest, NOT Hotah or anybody else.

Keep up the good work. Good day.

This isnt a mater of opinion, this isnt a book you are discussing and questioning the intention of the author. I am the author. An opinion is "I hate this character" cool, hate a character, thats an opinion you are entitled to.

Drogan being antagonstic is not an opnion, because I know how I wrote him,I know how he is feeling.

Also, again, WOMEN ARE NOT THE PROPERTY OF THEIR FATHERS! It doesnt mater how Koutack feels about jack shit because he does not own his daughter and Serid is under no obligation to stop having relations with her due to Koutacks wishes.

You can study and read this comic all you like, one FACT that doesnt change is this.

I have been writing and drawing this comic for over 7 years, I am the author, I know my characters feelings and motivations.. I know why they are doing things, you do not.. you are speculating my intent.. and you are getting it wrong.

So many things wrong with your statement, "guest"...

1) Serid has not mistreated Kinar outside of being a somewhat frosty teacher to her at the start. That is up to "Seasons Change", page 3 of the comic and even then is not mistreatment so much as just bad attitude.

2) Her father's wishes mean diddly squat. Kinar is a grown woman fully in charge of her mental faculties, not a child. Her decisions are her own. If her father doesn't like her boyfriend, that's unfortunate but she is not obliged to change her actions to appease his prejudices. Who she is romantically involved with is her (and her romantic interest's) business, not Koutack's business. Period, end statement.

3) Mordin/Denor may or may not be able to change. That is still to be determined. Right now, however? He's hovering somewhere between antagonist and straight up villain. He also died years ago and hasn't had any contact with Kinar since he became undead. It is not unreasonable for her to have moved on since then. Nor is it unreasonable for her to prefer her current beau over what is for most intents and purposes the vengeful ghost of her late husband.

4) On the matter of Drogan and Hotah: You're simply wrong on that point. Aside from the fact that you're arguing against the author herself, who is telling you to your face that you are wrong, the comic itself said as much. Drogan himself attested as much. Page 92 (Different Breeds), Kinar asks Drogan who his superior is, he responds "A Taunka known as Hotah". This is not something you can dispute, or that is even ambiguous. Hotah's the boss, not Drogan.

As an aside: You want to talk about "reading and studying" the story for years? Guess what? A lot of us in the comments can say the same thing, so it's not exactly something that gives you credibility in and of itself, especially not when your perceptions are disputed as inaccurate by the author herself.

@cm: Indeed... I've been following the story for aroudn 5 years at this point; found the comic through one of the early hot and heavy scenes, then noticed there was story, so I spent the next few hours catching up and I've been hooked ever since. I will admit though, I'm simply following as a casual passive observer; I'm here for the ride, not the endpoint.

Also @guest: Fiction follows the rule of CSC: Creator Sets Canon. What Amocin says is canon in the story, is canon. What she says is non-canon... IS. NOT. CANON. you don't accept that, then simply don't read the story any more. We won't miss you, man...

how the hell has serid mistreated her? are we reading different comics
Windwalker 25th Mar 2019, 2:24 AM edit delete reply
Just passing by to say that the argument 'we all have different opinions so don't bash mine' doesn't really work when your opinions clash with what the author has stated as canonical fact.

X for "Doubt"

Poor guy. His words are sincere and his love true, but his expression show a lot of buried pain that he has trouble handling.

I mean, Death Knight or not, how would YOU feel if your significant other went around doing stuff like that, and being unable to confront them about it because you love them too much?
